  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Place salmon in a glass baking dish. Cover with white wine, lemon juice, garlic and basil.
