Cranberry Glazed Salmon

Enjoy festive flavours any time of the year. Cranberry Glazed Salmon is a rich and tasty fish, covered with a sweet and savoury marinade of cranberry juice, orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion and ginger.

  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger, minced


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, saute onion and ginger in oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cranberry juice, orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Place salmon on baking pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Plate and enjoy!
