Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fillets salmon
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried thyme, dried parsley, dried oregano, cayenne, and pepper to make the dry rub. 
  3. Place salmon fillets on parchment covered baking sheet. Evenly spoon the dry rub onto salmon fillets.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
