  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


  1. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well-blended.
