Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon takes only 20 minutes to prepare and it is oh so tasty. With a mix of parsley, garlic, lemon, and paprika, this dish is so packed with flavours. Each bite bursts with creamy lemon and herb flavours. Yum!

How to Make Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon
With a few simple ingredients, you can give your baked salmon a pop of flavour. You don’t need to add any oil to make this fish. When salmon is baked right – at a high heat for a short time – it has enough of its own natural oils to stay rich, creamy and delicious.
The flavour begins with a few fresh ingredients – garlic, lemon, and parsley. Garlic and parsley combine to create a light herb flavour. Lemon adds a zing of zest. Finally, paprika, salt and pepper highten the flavour, making this one tasty dish.
To start, simply mince the garlic and combine it with the other ingredients in a small bowl. You can marinate the salmon with the lemon herb mixture. Or, you can cover it with the mixture and bake.
After 12 to 15 minutes in the oven, Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon should appear opaque and begin to flake easily with a fork. If you prefer a fillet that’s a little more well done, pop it back in the oven for another minute or two. For a fillet that’s on the rarer side, check it after 9 minutes. Either way, within no time, dinner is served!

This looks so good. Do you think it’d work on other fish? I don’t have much luck eating salmon.

Thanks! I haven’t tried it with others, but it would probably be delicious on white fish. Let me know how it turns out. ?
